OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We ship both domestically and to several international countries using USPS
Processing time is 3-5 days
Domestic shipping is 3 Day USPS
International is USPS without full tracking and can take up to 3 weeks depending. We do insure large international orders upon request for an additional charge
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. Please refer to your local USPS office and use the tracking provided for questions or concerns about your purchase
OUR RETURN POLICY
Returns are eligible on the following:
-Item is defective or has a construction issue
-Item purchased isn't the correct item
Returns will be given a shipping label for the buyer to return the product, free of shipping charge, within 3 business days upon receiving the label. Either a new product or refund will be issued.
Refunds are eligible when the buyer and seller agree to a refund upon contact by the seller within 3 days of receiving item(s)
There are no exchages or swaps for other items in store
We do not refund damaged or lost items at the fault of the postal service
